Graphic Design Request Form

Please complete this form to request graphic design services. Ensure that you have all the information for your project before submitting the request.

Note: All requests should be submitted a minimum of 15 working days before the final project is needed. 3-4 weeks is preferred.

Scope of Work

Submit all necessary project information. To ensure the best overall experience for all departments, do not refer to an email, text message or phone call for any details about the project. Thank you for working with us to serve all departments with excellence. *Please keep in mind Holiday breaks and weekends when submitting your final deadline. *Due to the mass amount of projects, deadlines submitted for January may not be able to be fulfilled by deadline given.

Date Project Required ** Please do not submit a request without a due date.

This is the date you must have the digital files. Consider the time required for printing when choosing your date. *Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for graphic design projects. Our graphic designer works at full capacity. The more lead time, the better. Please do not submit a request with a deadline of sooner than 3 working weeks without first emailing for availability. If your project is large (a booklet, multi-asset request, etc.), please allow 1-3 months for designs and edits needed to get to the final deliverable.

Terms of Agreement

By clicking this, I understand that there is no guarantee that my project will be fulfilled by given deadline based upon the team's current workload. An SNU designer will communicate with client if the given deadline is not attainable when submitted.
